From what I heard 3100lbs isn't bad compared to other cars in it's class for that decade but, the reason for that weight is the construction of support/safety beams,welds that other cars don't have. And I could easily take out 100lbs by replacing the seats, hood, battery, and wheels.
With the 6g74 transplant, the FWD will take a stock AWD from a roll. Don't get me wrong I would love to have AWD just not all that weight that comes with it. What we need is an AWD Yaris. And about the pics I'll get them out soon right now I'm replacing the plugs wires with some Accels. |
