The parking lights run off of the TAIL fuse (in the under the dash fuse panel).
They pass through connector D13 in the under hood fuse panel. In the picture below that is the connector on the left. The rightmost wire on the bottom row goes to the right side parking light and the next one over to the left goes to the left one. With power off you could measure continuity between the second one and your driver side tail socket. If it is open, then you know that that wire is damaged. In that case you could snip it one either end (leaving a few inches to work with) and splice a new piece in between. |

The D13 connector is the LEFT connector in your picture, correct? I followed the power wires for both parking lights and they are the same shield as the two bottom right green wires on the left connector.
