I decided to try a quick fitment test this morning. I took one of the 12" wheels off of my tractor (with the swamp fox tires that I want to run on Crashy) and tried to see if it would fit over the caliper. Initially the dust shield was in the way, so I removed it. At that point I could slide the wheel most of the way on, but it is very tight. With the dust shield on, the inner diameter of the wheel needs to be just shy of 12". With it off, the inner diameter needs to be right about 11".
On Thursday I am going to take a run to the junk yard that has the Justy wheels, now that I know what measurements I need to check. Swamp Fox.jpg |
