HELP!!!!!!!

This is what I've done so far.




















From Here I don't know what the rest of the wires do. If you look at the harness thingy I'm holding up. It's different colors. Mostly red, white, black. The tutorials on this site have green / blue wires so this is what confuses me.
There's also a red wire that i don't see in other tutorials.. it looks like it goes to the positive battery ... but I'm assuming we don't need it if I can get it installed the methods you guys use.









Can someone help me or explain to me what I do with these wires?!?
