What should be done for 30000 miles maintenance

wtf? where did you read that? there's nothing to do except checking brakes and filters. and the usual oil change.

manual transmission is to be done at 40000mi, sparks to be done near 60k, coolant closer to 70k.

Agreed, except coolant and sparks are suggested at 100k in the manual and maintenance guide that came with my car. Sounds like he is just trying to steal money from consumers like most of the other dealerships. Brake flush at 30k? You realize brakes are a hydraulic system right? Unless you are taking your car to the track and boiling your fluid, even changing it at 100k is a waste, but not a bad idea anyway since you can do it so cheap DIY.

I seriously have to question if you actually work at a dealership. How on earth can you recommend maintenance 3 times earlier than the manual recommends?? "Here, let me give you this book explaining everything that needs to be done with your car, along with a detailed scheduled maintenance guide, but when you come in for maintenance, I'll contradict everything written inside."
