The ones I've seen are all off of Belta's equipped with factory HIDs:



No compatibility as far as wiring up your existing headlights to it I would imagine, from what camelll said. Despite that though, the vertical adjustment screw is not manual it's controlled by a motor that connects to a levelling computer, so you wouldn't be able to adjust the vertical height.
