How to choose and install HID on FOG light

I know of people who have used that brand of HID and it is fine. However, if you're going to get them, please get the 35W version and not the 50-55W versions.. other drivers on the road are going to hate you for getting the 50-55W versions..

A 35W HID kit is already heaps blinding and brighter than a normal halogen setup. If you get a 50-55W kit, then you're going to be throwing so much light out that it's going to fly in all directions and blind other people. :)

i think in my case should be alright? because i m going to install the HID into my Fog light... it won't goes to high in this case right?

oh yea, one more Q. should i upgrade my headlight to HID or my fog light? cz i just replace my headlight into a 7000K bulb (not HID) few months ago which give me white with slightly blue beam light. so i am thinking of upgrading my fog light instead of my headlight since i already replace it into a 7000K bulb.
what do u think?
