IMO, if you're planning on keeping/modding the Yaris - get it as loaded as you can. It's so worth it. I wish like hell now that I would have gotten the S type, but I got one of the first Yaris' out of the MN shipments so I didn't have a whole lot of choice unless I wanted to wait (I have an 07) and I kick myself for not holding out for that S. Mine is fully loaded otherwise, and I am absolutely thankful I at least did that!

I hope you find one soon, post pics when you get it :) :)

I learned my lesson from my 2008 Cobalt purchase. The car was on the lot and was the only Cobalt that the dealer had at the time. It was stripped down, except that it had an automatic transmission. No power windows or locks, no cruise control, and no remote keyless entry.

I missed all those features much more than I thought I would, and I made SURE to get them on my Yaris. I am very glad that I did.

I feel the exact opposite. I've owned fully loaded cars. Leather, power everything, auto, moonroof, fancy audio, etc. My yaris has none of that. The only options I had was the upgraded audio(gag) and the armrest, because it came with the car. i didn't pay for the armrest, and I don't miss any of the luxury items, not to mention the terrible gas mileage.

Well I decided to try again with car #2.

Pulled the trigger on that polar white 4 door with all the trimmings (power / abs / cruise / etc.) I ended up having to pay a bit more money for the car due to msrp (bout 1k higher). But 32k miles with full power for 11.5 isn't bad at all.

Below are some screen shots of the car that I took today.

Congrats on the new car. Hope this white one sticks around. From the looks of it, it is identical to mine :

If you have cruise control, you have the exact same model as I have :) I don't have the fogs either. I'm so glad you decided to go back with the Yaris :) Yay!!! I am glad that you found another one so quick!!!

Congrats on the new car (again!)!

I usually don't like white cars, but the Yaris looks good in white. I even considered that color for my LB.

Neighborhood in your pix looks really familiar - Whitefish Bay?

i agree- I like the simplicity of manual windows and locks.
