They look nice but only really for car shows. Not really safe for driving on public streets with. I have trouble seeing people brake with blacked out headlights using a tint let alone completely blacked out with spray paint thats not meant to be translucent.

Like I said, I know they aren't exactly street legal during the day, but at night, they are clearly visable, and legal to the 500 ft requirement that is NV law. Lights are completely off in this picture... you can still see the factory red lights under the paint:
