in florida, if you hold the title to your car, you absolutely CAN have minimum liability.. depending what the car is worth (1200 dollar car lol) it's actually a really smart thing to do (insure minimally) because the car isn't worth the deductible if you were to smash it up.

that AW11 is worth more in pieces than assembled at this point..
