You probably mod yours to enhance the looks and performance as well. So why remove the badges on the car? Because it the owner thinks it looks better. Personally I hate badges, if it weren't for the stupid dimples that would be left behind on my car, it would be like me MR2, badges removed. This guy probably likes the clean badge-less look, so just think of it as you liking to paint yours, you like your red badge up front (no offence but your car reminds me of Rudolph) and this guy likes no badges (at least in the rear, not sure how he feels about the front). Back in the day when the import scene just started out we used to remove all the badges and stickers from our cars. It seems that current trends are going in the opposite direction, I guess I need to get with the times...

And to each its own I like my red emblem the reason why is red its because BLK and RED are my fav colors. I could go BLK but then u wont see it so I went with red sticks out ALOT so it works for me. I do have mods under my hood as well looks and somewhat performance.
