That is horrible!!! :( I'm sorry about your car!!! Ohh that sucks!! How big was that beaver??

....since I am the biggest animal lover on the planet, I have to ask - did the beaver make it? It doesn't look like it was messy, because your car is amazingly clean.

I got an AEM CAI and no, the beaver didn't make it (sorry?) Apparently it was a giant beaver (40 or 50 pounds maybe? That's what the cop said anyway) It was still there on the side of the road the next day. Yeah and that wreck sucks man. I'm sorry for that.

If it makes you feel any better, it looks like most of the damage is just to the bumper cover. That's actually a pretty easy fix...all things considered.

Hope all turns out well.

If a 2 pound bird can punch through the canopy of an aircraft at a couple a hundred MPH, a 50 pound object can do a fair amount of damage at 60+ MPH to the front end of a small car.

Yeah the shop guy said just by looking at it it's probably gonna be like $4500-$5000 worth of repairs. I guess some of the lower part of the metal bumper or frame or whatever behind the plastics is pretty messed up too. And the radiator is all messed up. All the fluid poured right out after I hit it. Insurance people are looking at it Monday morning.
