In deciding between these two, one thing to consider is the actual drop of the springs.

TRD is an equal drop of ~1.25 inches front and rear.
NF210s do not drop equally front and rear. They spec at 1.1" front, 1.3" rear.

My preference is an equal drop all around, and therefor would not personally choose NFs. They are also quite a soft spring. I believe TRDs are a bit stiffer.

Thanks for your info.......my concern is that for TRD that is more stiffer, will it be really bumpy when driving?

Nope, still quite comfortable. My Megans are way stiffer than TRD, and my ride still isn't that bad.
