Skip the NST ssk products. Go with the TWM ssk. It costs less than the two NST kits combined, AND it's a better product. Cable bushings are good if you like firmer shifts. Cage bushings...either way. Trust me, I've been through all of the ssk products.
The NST underdrives/lightened pulleys get rave reviews, but I can't speak directly, since I haven't yet installed mine.
