i wouldnt worry about road noise or the engine cuz mine is pretty damn quiet even over 100mph plus the dealer provided an under coating which reduces road noise by a lot.

I have to turn the stereo down to hear anything coming from the car!! I have driven trucks and suv's before this so it seems very quiet, It also depends on the road itself.

I don't really know how much the undercoating reduced road noise, since mine also had it from day 1. Violin said his noise was reduced when he "insulated/sound dampened". Road/engine noise is a lot less than I would expect from a car like this. It IS one of my bragging points when I tell someone about it.
