funny you mention this because my aftermarket rostra cruise does this too. i think it has to do with the dfco engaging when the cruise lets off the accellerator.

Interesting, my aftermarket cruise is the most accurate and consistant I have ever had in any vehicle. It just nails the speed desired and keeps it there, period.
