I wonder if students and citizens of other countries outside of Canada/USA have to deal with the issue of their lives centered around employement and financial enslavement from their late teens until they die, like it is here.

I would imagine they do! Not as much, though...

It's called World financial enslavement... or simply speaking Globilization.
