The people that make laws like this do not realize the sheer absurdity of them. Like what's going to happen when your stock factory exhaust system rusts away or gets old? Are you gonna order a new one (stock) from Toyota? Likely not, as that would probably be outrageous in several ways! You're gonna have someone bend up a newer and better flowing system for you. Of course this law now probably makes those businesses illegal... What

In one word:

Tough. Buy it, or scrap the car. That's what it'll boil down to.

Having said that, if it sounds factory, and looks factory, you won't be bringing on any attention to yourself.
