Brake Pads

Its funny, because after 15,000 miles the dealership where I bought it from said I was down to 30%, and that I should consider new brake pads 'soon'.

you got to check it yourself, easy way is when you take it somewhere to get it rotate and balance ask them if you can take a look at your Brake Pad.
I took my yaris to Kauffman Tire to get it rotate and balance last couple years when i know nothing about brake & ask them to check my brakes, they said it's need to change badly, 15% left on front 25% left on back, that is when i only got 30k miles.
I got scared & grab a brake pad set from Dealer, go home took out my wheels trying to DIY and when i compare my pad on my car vs the pad i bought from dealer, almost identical in sizes, so i knew and learned my lesson there.
