does somebody have actually photo of the part which is making the ugly noise ?

Try the foam experiment I posted for some possible relief to the ears , posts #11 and #13 of page 1 . If you do give it a try , let us know how it works out . The cup holders in front of both vents can rattle as well . Good Luck .
