Aftermarket Exhaust & Susp for TS (RS)
Had my RS (Euro spec TS) for 2 months now. Just wondering whats about in way of exhausts and suspension bits. As motor supposedly heavier, I assume front swaybar or strut brace would be difffrom 1.5l.
Now clocked 1200km, and loosening up. Only one hitch - at 460km all the rockers fell off inlet cam bank, with some parts retrieved from sump. - 3rd to happen I know of with this motor. Apart from that, all ok. |

In regards to suspension you can use ANY suspension component intended for the NCP91 Yaris. I'm currently using a set of Tein Coilovers from a 1.5 US spec yaris and they work great. Other TS owners are using the H&R springs and they work great. I have the TRD rear sway bar for the US Yaris. It work wonders for this car. You don't really need a front strut bar or a front sway bar. Non of those will make any good for your car... |

I would have been happier for dealer to call and say "your car is ok, but we decided to replace it" At 460 km, would have been a good call. |

Lil Toymotor still rattling away. Seemed that at 10,000km engine freed up somewhat, seemed to be more responsive. Any hints on why this could be? Now for an update on header and exhaust options - Header will give power / torque increase, so who has that? Come on guys, someone must do it. Is the RS / TS 1800 an option in Japan JDM? If so, does anyone know any aftermarket parts there?

Now at 15000km and in Japan for just a few days. Are there any parts here in Japan worth considering, as 1800 not sold here? Suspension bits, anti roll bars etc? Hope someone can assist with JDM???

most JDM will bolt straight on , pick up a TRD sway bar
