UK 2006 Plate + Car2PC
Hey guys looking for a bit of confirmation here,
In the long run planning on a whole CarPC install once I have the spare funds, but in the mean time looking to hook what I currently have up to the stock HU. Currently have the MP3 / WMV / CD HU installed. Have come across the Car2PC interface which doesn't list the Yaris as having a compatible HU. Noticed the compatibility list was dated as 2007, so was just wondering if it was a case of the list being outdated, or the Yaris having just been overlooked. If it does work, which version of the cable is necessary as it comes in two flavours, CAR2PC-TOY and CAR2PC-TOY1. Have had a read through the forums here but cant seem to find any mention of anyone using Car2PC on a Yaris, but theres plenty of mention of grom solutions, so any input here would be a great help! Cheers, Jamie |

Looking at the manual (http://www.cartft.com/support_db/sup...C_Overview.pdf), neither the TOY nor TOY1 have the correct connector for either the US or European Yaris HU.
