hate to do a topic revival, but I've got a '09 yaris sedan and was wondering if those hankooks would be good for my car too?
As a chick, I don't know s@#$ about cars so I don't want to shop blindly haha. I got my yaris at about 45k miles (it was previously a rental car from Hertz, so I'm assuming the tires have mainly highway miles) so I *think* it's time for me to get new tires? It's at about 47k miles now I think. I did a penny test on the tread, and most of the tires barely reach or reach abe's head. If they are good for my car, I think I'm gonna go with the discount tires direct website because pepboys has these tires for about $100 each x___x;; and would you think it's necessary I buy the tire replacement warranty? Thanks :) |

Yes, the Hankook 727 is an excellent tyre and will work very well on your sedan.
I would recommend replacing with 195/60/15's @ $82 each at discounttiredirect.com EDIT: Plus, there is currently a $40 discount on the Hankooks... so just $72 each delivered to your door! Last edited by kimona; 05-18-2011 at 10:48 PM. |

I've got Hankooks on my 07, good tires! I'll buy the same when these wear out.

I would replace with these from discounttiredirect.com
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...w=false&cs=195 IMHO, the 195/60/15's make for a much better fitment on the Yaris... and the price is excellent with the rebates, plus free shipping! |

The Continental Pro Contact Eco Plus are working very well for the '08 sedan , seems like a different car when it comes to the ride , handling , and noise level . They were $92 each , before tax .
