I don't quite get why you said it didn't have a provision to retain horn.
as for airbag i do believe a member here said something about by passing both the connector with a resistor, 5ohms IIRC. if it's just some little wiring for horns to work im interested. |

As for the horn, with a hub adapter you lose the spiral cable (AKA clockspring). The spiral cable is a device that allows the horn and airbag wires to be able to be rotated back and forth without eventually snapping. Some hub adapters have their own version of a spiral cable to allow a horn switch to still remain on the rotating steering wheel. In a worst case, you could mount a switch to the dash and wire the horn to it.
