It's a piece of cake fix. Disconnect neg battery cable. Drop the alternator bracket and unbolt/unplug the old OCV, you'll need to give it a little twist then it will slide right out. New one goes in the same way, bolt up, re bolt alternator bracket....done.
With that code I believe there was only two real options, OCV or camshaft gear...thank goodness it wasn't camshaft gear.
