You can disconnect your wastegate acuator rod... Result is 0psi...

cdydjded, you answered it yourself... This method would work perfectly if there is enough flow.

It's a cool idea but definitely not worth the hassle or cost.

If your wastegate is accessible it shouldnt take more then 5 minutes to pull the pin holding the arm.
