225, u will need to roll the fenders esp up front, maybe a bit in the rear on a lowered car. i run 225/50/15 khumo V700 on 15x7 rim +40 offset.. i cut my fender liner and rolled the top part of my fenders in the front.. havent done any in the rear but they rub slightly.. not sure if 45 will make a huge difference
