If unemployment is important... before doing anything I would check the UI rules in your state, MA is pretty liberal right? u should get some form of UI. State clearly why ur leaving in writing, this will help during your UI interview (btw UI = unemployment insurance)
quitting is better that gettin fired, ur next job might reference your last job and it shouldn't affect ur UI eligibility |
