'10s and '11s (not sure aoubt '09s) HB came with tachs only as part of the Power Package. Cruise control could only be ordered if the car was equipped with Power Package. Of course, you could buy PnP parts for cruise control from the dealer.
It was a Royal PITA to find a MT, PP, CC 3-door here in SoCal, the supposed car capital of the world. I actually wanted a blue one but had to "settle" for Super White. Good thing color is not a big deal to me (except for black because it is too much work to keep nice looking).
