you may want ROTAwheels... its cheap,reliable,internationally known,very light you can lift it with your pinky...and yeah and its awesome!

VOLK-RACING IS NICE TOO, some is from Taiwan where they make GIANT brand Bikes...

or try the expensive but nice and light Japanese brands, the M.I.J. ones cost up to a grand each, or else get the taiwan made ones but its a japanese brand...

for the tires... get Pirelli, Yoko-ADVANs"damn expensive", Dunlop, Falken, or just get plain old Bridgestones Potenzas...
