What i would do is with the belt removed start the car and see if the sound is gone 100 percent then you know for sure its an accessorie thats causing your sound.

No, the old alternator went from charging day in and day out 13.80v to 14.2+ volts when the noise came. 100% sure it was the alternator bearing. I then took it to a electric motor/alternator repair shop and he said the stator went bad. With the new alternator on the car is back to normal, sound and volt out put
