hey!! the wifey and i kept our cars for almost a decade!! my '97 civic had 130K miles, and her '97 avalon had 110K miles. the miles were pretty low since we spent 4.5 years in college, with practically zero commute (dorms and campus apartments). we intend to spend another decade in our sienna and yaris, and thats the reason why we narrowed our choices to either toyota or honda. those brands have been good to our families, and definitely last a while. if you do get a srt-4, we wish you well as you zoom by us on the streets and highways!! from personal experience, domestics have disappointed us. but some research has shown that domestic cars' bad reliability is only a perception. some numbers actually show that domestics beat german cars in terms of reliability and number of unplanned trips to the dealerships. of course, japanese cars were the most reliable, but not by very much. i forget exactly where on msn.com i read this. and many others have had great experiences with domestics. good luck with whichever car you choose to stick with! treat her well, and im sure she'll do the same...

Actually, it's, "you're a fucking moron."
Now, debunk jdubau55's theory without making yourself look any worse.
