If it makes a fast tick tick then either the front or rear bulb is blown.

Or the output of the flasher module is not getting to the bulbs. Besides checking the bulbs, wiggles the wires on the stalk connector while the flasher is on and see if it starts working.

Also, if you can snap pics of your connections in the under-hood fuse panel and at the stalk, we might be able to make more sense out of what is going on.

Where is that flasher module and connector? Here is the picture of my fuse panel under the hood.
