For me the strip is worth it, I put one on all of my cars. It gets over 100 degrees here and that strip helps keep the sun off of you, not to mention u don't really need sunglasses or to use your visors that often afterwards.

umm ive never heard that but theyve been on for almost a year

When I was in college I had 20% put on my car. Then a few years later a state trooper pulled me over beacause of my tints and they measured 14% on his meter. Thankfully he let me go but they got darker!
