WOW! I contacted my local Toyota Dealer to get the replacement inserts for OEM blades and they told me they didnt have them in stock and wouldnt order them because the had to order too many to be worth it for them!

Wow..that really sucks that they wouldn't order any for you..

I think I'm gonna go with the Bosch wiper blades that they have at Auto zone..

BS. Total BS. I work for a Toyota (and Ford) dealership in the parts dept. I can order 1 wiper insert, or 1 million. We don't even get a price break for ordering more. Why they don't want to do their job is beyond me.

I didn't switch to buying on line because of this type of thing, I switched because its so far of a drive and gas is so expensive. That said, your experience REALLY stinks. They obviously can't see the forest through the trees.

I still love the neoforms and its pretty cool that wipers123 sends me inspection reminders occasionallly so I always know how old my wipers are.
