E6, two stripes under the star...no mere staff sgt which they just give away if you don't get in trouble

promotion to TSgt has historically been the second most difficult
rank to achieve (only the rank of Senior Master Sergeant, capped
by Federal law, has lower promotion rates) and is the most difficult
promotion most career Air Force members achieve.

I had an evil commander (nice guy, really smart, but he had...how do I put it...a 'blind spot') at my last
job in the airforce, so I chose to not reenlist (and they dangled a lot of money bonus at me to stay)
but I figured (correctly) I can make more loot in the private sector. I came from TAC that commander was
born and bred SAC [and if you know the airforce 1980's-1990 you know what I mean by that.]


we are all monkeys. just some of us choose to think good thoughts and move forward,
not wallow in depression and sadness calling corporations or 'the man' out, yet offering
no solutions. I am part of the solution. I do my job well, have fun at it, and believe and
know that the majority of the world is not evil. the OP post is just more drivel about
'something bad' about corporations that has to change, yet no clear answers...
