Do they chatter in both directions or just one way? If one way, your wiper arm(s) may be twisted a little bit. The blades must be 90 degrees from the glass and when it chatters one way and not the other, that's a sign the wiper arm(s) may be twisted. I've have absolutely zero chatter with NeoForms.
Lastly - FYI - They are running the rebates again but this time are allowing two per household. In Spring they only allowed one. Rebate info here.

Trico make a NeoForm exact replacement for the rear, additional plastic housing and special connector clip and all, just like the OEM. Yank old blade and housing all the way backward and it pops off a small clip.
