if you do a cutout it will look like ass
better to get a computer room tile suction cup and use that to pop the covers on and off rapidly two finger grabber for under 4 bucks http://www.window-cleaning-supply.co...r-Grabber.html |

If done right they really don't look too shabby at all. You need to decide if you have the funds to replace a cover if you hose it up doing it yourself.
