You made me think of my wiper mod.

The car is a pita to wash when the wiper won't extend, so, I cut the small plastic clip on it and it now works awesome.

Yep, I saw it on MicroImage forums, and immediately had to do mine .
Also doing the angle wiper mod, helps a bit from dust piling up on the wiper in the stock position.

Funny thing is, I did mine myself as it was just a pita to wash. I didn't know that was a mod, I was just messing.
