60k! Wow is that how much you drove before you replaced them or just a consensus?
In the off chance that I do need new brakes, do you think that Toyota would honor their warranty to replace the brakes? Given the high discrepancy between the consensus and my situation, it would be logical to say that new brakes would be covered by Toyota. Last edited by scene; 02-08-2012 at 02:59 PM. |

Get a second opinion. It is possible that you have some problem that is causing the excessive break wear....or maybe you drive with you foot on th brake all the time which causes quick wear out. Get a 2nd opinion!
