Replacing roof aerial mount.
Hi,
Anybody got any step by step instructions on how to access the aerial mounting on the roof of of a 99 Yaris from the inside of the car please? My aerial mount has been broken at the base by some vandal git as he ripped the aerial off so need to fit a new mounting. I'm assuming will need to remove the roof lining to some extent, but not sure how to do that or indeed how easy it is to remove and replace it! Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks, Paul, Brighton. |

At least part of the roof lining is glued in place, there is no super easy way to remove it. You might be able to get a hand in there if you work your way in from the rear (after clearing any trim that holds it up).
