The main question would be: Why are you trying to gain weight?

I would suggest you switch to something like Optimum Nutrion Whey Protein. The flavor is fine to me. I have been on the vanilla for years. If you want to gain weight throw in some peanut butter (natural kind) maybe a bananna, some honey, milk, eat your eggs, take in a little extra throughout the day, eat healthy snacks, don't get carried away but keep your calories up. eat at least 5-6 times a day. Minimize the cardio and maximize the lifting for your muscle mass. You don't want to gain fat. You should be getting your body weight in grams of protein if you are really wanting progress. So add up the protein in your meats, eggs, etc and your powder and it should total your body weight in grams. You may want to look into some supplements like creatine and glutimine. These are the basics and I am very please with the results of both. Take your multi vitamins and pick up an issue of Muscle Fitness.

By the way I mix my protein with water, I was going through 4 cartons of Soy Milk a week. You get used to the water.

the empoyee suggested Mass-Tech since it had more calories than the other stuff. i'm also going to try to be eating more things that has more protein in it. i eat a lot of meat already (work at a bbq place), but i think i need to eat more eggs.

water...yeah, everyone tells me to stay away from that...some of them said that it'll cause constapation (don't think i spelled that right).
