for gear oil i would say 2 years or 50 000km and suggest RedLine gl-4 75w-90


for your Oil filter, Mobil 1 oil filters, AMSOIL oil filters or Purolator PureONE filters are the top best in the market, second to those is the dealer filter, stay away from fram filters.

depending on the tire as well, some tires might require a few psi higher then 32, check your tire make and model, if still worried about tire psi , contact the manufacturer of the tire (email or phone call usually) and they will give you a sure answer)..

for gear oil im not 100% sure, i have an automatic, i would only use toyota fluids except for engine oil
