My 08 hatchback has it. The light blinks about every 2-3 seconds or so when they key is out, stops when the key is in. It also has a black ring around the ignition cylinder which apparently is the immobilizer that detects the transponder chip in the key.
My mother-in-law had a 2007 sedan which had neither the light or the ring around the cylinder. Maybe it is only present in the higher level trims. |
