Okay let me break it down.
Option A : run amp on factory speakers and pay for the installation. If you decide you dont like how it sounds you're going to pay for that installation of the amp, then pay again to redo the door speakers and run wiring to the doors. So you'll pay twice. I'm sure the installer will love that. Option B: run wires to the doors replace the door speakers and only do the job once and pay once. Cheaper if you go this route.
