I want to install an PA/siren on my 09 Yaris. I can't seem to find an access hole leading from the engine compartment to the inside of the interior driver cabin. Is there such a thing there or do I have to drill one? I am kind of weary of drilling one because I don't want to damage anything. Could anyone please help if you have any knowledge of this. Thanks

There is a large grommet (~3" in diameter) on the driver's side to the left of the steering column. It comes out behind the battery. The center of the grommet holds the main wiring harness into the cabin, but there is plenty of space around the harness to poke through the grommet and run other wires.
