We've had 2 cars in the past run Calaveras on stock tires (Eagle LS) and they tore it up haha.

You will enjoy the road. I think it goes down to Sierra but 680 is really close to it and other freeways.

The others will be there first, I will show up late.

lol. Yeah, Mt Hamilton is awesome, especially getting up to Lick Observatory, nice view from up there. And if you're really feeling like a drive, we could continue all the way out to Livermore (66.9mi).

For Friday night, it's a quick drive from Calaveras to Felter and on to Sierra (12.3mi)... or we could take a left and continue on Calaveras which would take us up to 680 and Calaveras in Fremont (16.7mi). Or go up Sierra and then make a right on Calaveras from Felter to 680 (24.1mi).

The only bad thing is that it's a 1 lane road (on Calaveras) and there's no cell reception when you get close to the reservoir.

It should be fun either way. 4 more days!!!
