My cell phone fell in water today and stayed in for about half hr to 45 mins...im charging it now..
I think it is..i hope it wakes up..

You can make it work easy if you take it apart and make sure there is absolutely no water left inside of it. I've done the same thing with several phones... Bad idea charging it already, but it might be ok...
