Is this setup going to cause you problems passing a smog test?

We have six years, tooter - and since it's a bolt on that is easily removed, I think it presents no problem.
Would be interesting to roll into a test-only station though!

You can tell it's been a while since we've had a new vehicle, with a 19 year old Hyundai and a 14 year old Tacoma.
