I would think that if you had a 300lb dude regardless of whether it was obesity or muscle mass that would make a difference compared to a 200lb or 150lb dude for sure especially considering that it would change the aerodynamics depending on how stiff a suspension you have. I have seen some cars on the roads that "sag" quite a lot now that I think about it when there is a hefty person on either side.
